This website is operated by Note Connection. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms for the online shop” / “Terms“). We kindly ask you to read the terms thoroughly before you go through with your purchase.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted by SquareSpace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices
The prices on this website are in Swiss Francs (CHF). 

Orders
All orders that are placed on our website are processed in 1-3 days and shipped from Zurich, Switzerland by Priority Mail. Estimated shipping times: Domestic (Switzerland): 1-2 business days, Europe: 2-5 business days Other countries: 4-15 business days.Please note that Note Connection is not responsible for any additional custom and import duties that may occur in your country.

Payment methods
Payment is possible by PayPal or by credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard).

Delay or damage during shipping
Your order will be packed carefully, in order to reduce the risk of possible damage. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival, please report it to the shipping company immediately, or no later than two days after receipt. Please notify us by emailing hello@noteconnection.com as well. 

Please note that Note Connection does not take any responsibility for items damaged during transportation. In the circumstance of delays caused by the shipping company, Note Connection cannot be held responsible. 

Returns
Note Connection will gladly accept returns as long as the items haven’t been unpacked. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of unpacked or used items. 

Colours 
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website fully reflect the items actual colors. That depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor. We do our best to describe the products in detail.

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
